I've always known Jason to be the more aloof, behind-the-scenes type of businessman; maintaining a level of mystique that gives a brand a certain appeal that draws customers to you. I still can't tell if it's something that is done on purpose or if it comes with the territory of being a hard-working owner of a exponentially successful company...I venture to say that it is the latter.

Sacramento-based magazine, SubMerge was recently invited to our warehouse to have a conversation with Jason about the history of Official, the philosophy behind the brand, and where the company stands today. All trendy Lil' B references aside, this is a very rare interview that is a worthy read for any Official fan wishing to know more about the company that crowns their head.
